COUNTRYSIDE MONTESSORI CHARTER SCHOOL would like to offer local businesses an opportunity to advertise, with a banner, in our car loop. The funds raised will provide the staff and students of CMCS with continued access to new technology, supplies and up to date resources.

With year round programs at COUNTRYSIDE MONTESSORI CHARTER SCHOOL,  your banner will be on display for hundreds and hundreds of potential customers, 12 months a year!

The sooner you become a sponsor, the more customers you will reach! CMCS is a 501(c)(3) non-profit and all donations are tax-deductible as allowed by law.

Terms and Conditions

Cost

The cost of a banner is $300
The cost of a banner is $300.00. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice and is renewable annually. The banner will remain up as long as payment is made upon receipt of invoice each year. Cost will not be prorated nor will the cost be reduced for multiple banners. Banner placement is at the discretion of the CMCS and placement requests are not accepted. Please make checks payable to CMCS.

Acceptable AD Formats

Vinyl approximately 2 ft high by 4 ft wide
Each banner is vinyl and will measure approximately 2 feet high by 4 feet wide. Each banner will have an appropriate number of grommets to attach to the car loop fence. Ad artwork is acceptable in PNG or JPG formats, though VECTOR is preferred. Please send print ready artwork to [email protected]

Acceptable AD Content

We reserve the right to exercise discretion
We reserve the right to exercise discretion regarding the advertising accepted for the banner. We may not accept advertising related to certain products or services such as, but not limited to, alcohol, tobacco, crude or indecent language that may be offensive or inappropriate.

Trademark Infringement

We prohibit intellectual property infringement
The advertiser or authorized agent is responsible for the content of any advertisement submitted. We prohibit intellectual property infringement by advertisers.

Maintenance

CMCS will maintain each banner throughout the year
Your CMCS will maintain each banner throughout the year. Banners will be cleaned and rehung as needed. Replacement, due to damage or aging will be the responsibility of CMCS. Replacement due to change in design is the responsibility of the advertisers.
