CMCS Music Show

It was really worth the wait!

CMCS Music Show I just want to give a big cheer for Ms. Lisa and the LE & UE students who performed last night. I laughed (when Ms. Lisa shushed the crowd with a finger wag) and cried (during “A Million Dreams”).

There were 240 students on stage, and it was their first/only time on stage together. Ms. Lisa kept them in sync AND used her hand signals to get them to sit, stand, and transition, all of this in front of our largest audience ever: over 600 people.

Thank you also to Ms. Aimee (our in-house Ticketron) and the rest of the front office staff who work so hard behind the scenes to make events like this happen.

Also, thank you to all our staff, Board Members, and MS student helpers who were there for support and assistance. It really does take a village!

I am humbled and proud by events like this. I get thanked by the parents, but the thanks all goes to Ms. Lisa and everyone who pitched in.

Have a wonderful day!

With gratitude,

  • Fever that last 3 or more days
  • Drainage from the ear
  • Cough that continues for several days
  • Repeated episodes of diarrhea or vomiting
  • Rash
  • Itchy eyes with clear or cloudy drainage
  • Sore throat, with or without fever
  • “Cold” symptoms that last more than one week

*A child who has fever with a temperature greater than 100 degrees (orally), has been vomiting, or has diarrhea should stay home for 24 hours AFTER the symptoms are gone.

*Children of all ages need 8-10 hours of sleep at night and good nutrition including adequate fluids (milk, juice, water).
