We are excited to welcome parents back on campus this Thursday, August 18, 2022 for our Parent Orientation. This will be a face-to-face event for ADULTS ONLY. Please note our schedule for the event:
• Lower Elementray (1-3) 6:00 - 6:45 pm
• Upper Elementary (4-5) 7:00 - 7:45 pm
• Middle School (6-8) 8:00 - 8:45 pm
CMCS is looking for volunteers to help with parking at Parent Orientation. What a great way to kick off your hours for the year!
Please refer to our ParentSquare post regarding our 2022-2023 Student Parent Handbook. We ask that all acknowledgments be completed by Friday, August 19, 2022.
We are excited to announce the return of our CMCS Student Council. Ms. Sue will be sharing the expectations with all classes this week and permission slips will go home on Thursday, August 18 and must be returned by Wednesday, August 24.
Refer to our September ParentSquare post for menus and to pay. Menus must be submitted by this Friday, August 19, 2022.
Late menus will not be accepted.
We are excited to offer after-school Enrichment classes for Quarter 1 for a fee. See our ParentSquare post for more information and to sign up.
If you haven't already done so, please set up your ParentSquare account, as this is our main source of communication. For questions or issues regarding ParentSquare, please reach out to Ms. Aimee.
All parents MUST have an account on the Pasco County School’s Parent Portal. Please log in as soon as possible to complete consents and acknowledgments under the Forms tab. For new students, check your blue Back to School folder for your PIN to sign up. You may log one volunteer hour for completing this process. Our goal is to have all parents signed up and all consents/acknowledgments completed by Friday, August 19, 2022.
All students should bring a daily snack (even if they are receiving school lunch).
Lunch items to bring DAILY:
• Washed and labeled placemat
• Utensils and napkins
• Water bottle (for use all day) with only water inside - no juice, soda, or sports drinks
• Microwave heat-ups are limited to 30 seconds maximum (No popcorn, Easy-Mac, frozen dinners)
If your child will be taking medication in the clinic this school year, please reach out to Ms. Devon with any questions or visit our Quick Links for the appropriate forms for your doctor(s) to complete.
