CMCS SAFETY PATROL

CMCS Safety Patrol is a volunteer position for our Middle School students. After an initial training by our Safety Patrol Adviser, these students are responsible for assisting with our morning car line. Team members help students out of their vehicles and guide them safely into their school day.

Quarter 3 Enrichment

Classes begin the week of January 21st and conclude the week of March 2nd

FSA Test Prep

6 week program will help our 3rd to 5th grade students build confidence for the FSA.

Yoga w/Ms. Meai

Playful yoga class, children will learn yoga poses, breathing and movements. 

Idea Lab STEAM w/ Ms Hannah

Idea Labs is back with a coding and robotics enrichment. Limit is 22 students per class.

T-Ball & Kickball w/Coach Thomas

Grades 1 to 5 will learn the fundamental skills and techniques of t-ball and kickball.

Avocado Kids Grades 4-8

Healthy cooking classes geared to grades 4th – 8th. Learn the importance of a healthy diet.

Drone Club w/Ms. Kameeka

In the drone club you will learn all about drones and programming.

FSA Math Prep w/ Ms. Gaby

Math test prep for grades 4 to 5 with Ms. Gaby.

Fundamentals of STEM Grades 2-5 w/ Ms. Michelle

In this enrichment, students will experience how everyday items can be used to create exciting engineering projects.

Flag Football w/Coach Thomas Grades 4-8

Coach Thomas will be coaching the fundamental skills and techniques of the exciting game of flag football.

Cougar Chronicles w/ Ms. Mo

In this enrichment, students will experience how everyday items can be used to create exciting engineering projects.

Edible Arts w/Ph. D-serts

Network Security/Penetration Testing Grades 7&8

In this enrichment, students will experience how everyday items can be used to create exciting engineering projects.

Avocado Kids - Grades 1-3 | Cooking w/ Super Foods!

Lower elementary students can learn to create fun dishes with this enrichment. 

Board Games w/Coach Thomas Grades 4-8

This enrichment will be filled with fun games while learning strategies to improve your game.

Painting w/ Ms. Pam Grades 1-8 | 6-week program

This is a fun painting enrichment. Students will have the opportunity to design, sketch and paint their own masterpiece.

Math Test Prep w/ Ms. Nataliya - Grade 3

Does your child need extra practice to be ready for FSA Math? Come join Ms. Nataliya for grade 3 Math Test Prep. 

Mileage Club w/ Ms. Denae & Mr. Vlad

Mileage club is back! Come out to join Ms. Denae & Mr. Vlad for a walk, jog, run each week. An active, healthy club for students.

Challenge Island Grades 1-5

Challenge Island is an enrichment program on the cutting edge of STEAM inspired by a popular reality TV show. 

Consider a medical evaluation for:

  • Fever that last 3 or more days
  • Drainage from the ear
  • Cough that continues for several days
  • Repeated episodes of diarrhea or vomiting
  • Rash
  • Itchy eyes with clear or cloudy drainage
  • Sore throat, with or without fever
  • “Cold” symptoms that last more than one week​

*A child who has fever with a temperature greater than 100 degrees (orally), has been vomiting, or has diarrhea should stay home for 24 hours AFTER the symptoms are gone.

*Children of all ages need 8-10 hours of sleep at night and good nutrition including adequate fluids (milk, juice, water).
